A Tour & A Cover Reveal
Almost time to celebrate THE CO-OP, and *screeching noises* the LEFT OF FOREVER cover
TOUR STOPS
I am so thrilled that there are this many places and faces who want to celebrate the expanded CO-OP release with me. I always wonder if it’ll get old talking about any of these books or if I’ll get repetitive, but, honestly for the most part every stop is a new surprise! A new ramble! A new rant! I’m truly full of it.
It’s a super busy time of year (for us all), so I’m keeping to the west coast this time, but I am determined to get out to the east coast in May.
*I will also be on that side of the country for Apollycon & Love Y’all Fest earlier in the year, though*
Linking all stops and tickets here.
AND WITHOUT FURTHER ADO . . .
**I’ll be posting a cover reveal on social media at 6 a.m. EST on 10/25, so if you’d like to celebrate with me with a post of your own, I just ask that you wait until after that, please.**
THE YEARNING. THE RELIEF. THE LINES BY HIS EYES AND THE GRAY IN HIS HAIR. HERRRR HAIR! THE COLORS! HIS FACE IN HER NECK!! HOW ARE THESE CARTOONS SO HOT?!
When I first saw this my thoughts were a jumbled mess. It takes such a talent to capture the vibe of an entire story in a two-dimensional piece of media, but, Liza Rusalskya manages to do just that here. And because the setting is so striking, let me rap on that for a quick minute: Interwoven throughout this book is a love letter to the West Coast. From the redwoods of Northern California, to Mendocino County, to Santa Cruz & its wine country, I tried to incorporate nods to many of my favorite places within. Every single place Wren and Ellis visit is based on somewhere real (even if I used creative license to alter the precise location of said place for logistical purposes). ((I’ll save the exacts for now because, frankly, that’s interesting content to share later and we’ve still got a little under seven months for this to be out in the world, lol)). But, seeing this bit of dramatic, gorgeous landscape represented makes me so happy.
I’ve received some incredibly lovely messages from librarians/booksellers/folks who’ve been granted early access through the powers that be (not me, please don’t come yell at me!) and I’m elated that so many are already loving them like I do. The amazing authors who have read and blurbed it have made me emotional every time. That will never cease being surreal. I could go on and on about why this story in particular is so special to me, and let’s be real, at some point I probably will. In the meantime . . .
To Be Continued . . .
THEYRE SOOOO HOT. HES GIVING PEDRO PASCAL SO BAD I NEED HIM
I love the cover! It's so striking. I don't think I've seen anything quite like it. And the setting alone makes me excited to read this one!
