Lost and Found

again and again

Today I vow to save my rambling for tour*, so I will be keeping it short and sweet here.

It is officially midnight on the west coast, which means it is Tuesday and publication day has arrived for my sixth novel—the final book in the Spunes series. There is so much I could say about Lost and Found . . . about the process of writing it and every single “why” behind every decision made in it. Honestly, I’m giddy that I’ll probably get to talk at length about all of these things in the next few weeks.

But the main reason I am here in your inbox today is just to say a simple thank you. Thank you for wanting to visit some rainy, moody PNW town, named solely so the author could make a dumb Twilight joke. Thank you for picking up these books with characters and premises that may have nothing in common with you or your life and still finding ways to connect in the humanity in them.

Every book leaves me feeling a little more vulnerable and every book is further confirmation that it’s worth it. You all make it worth it.

I am so looking forward to seeing so many of you in the coming weeks. If you haven’t snagged a ticket to a tour stop, all events are linked on my website here, and there are a spare few tickets left for most stops, I believe.
